16. HADES military aircraft and the St. George timing
Position data shows where an aircraft was. It never shows why, or who knew what. This site makes no claim that anyone aboard, operating, or tasking these aircraft committed a crime, had foreknowledge of the killing, or did anything wrong, and it does not name any crew. Nothing here says any sheriff's officer did anything wrong. Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted, has not entered a guilty plea, and is presumed innocent.
The issue in plain words
HADES is a U.S. Army surveillance-aircraft program flown on converted Bombardier business jets. Two jets from the same contractor fleet matter here. On September 10, 2025, the day Charlie Kirk was killed at the UVU speaking event, N1098L flew two low passes into the Utah Valley. On the night of September 11, its fleet-mate N2100L, callsign AXEL21, flew an approach over St. George — near the sheriff's office where Tyler Robinson was in custody.
Supporters of the official account call all of it routine flying. Citizen investigators say two appearances on the two key days, at the two key places, deserve an answer from whoever scheduled them. The planes section is where the recovered tracks live. This page is only about what those tracks do to the official story.
Side by side
| Fed Slop Side | Coincidence. A standard El Paso-Kalispell training route with PVU practice approaches. The FAA and FBI found no aircraft link. St. George evening presence is not extraction coverage. |
| Citizen Investigators | A double low pass on the 10th, plus HADES/AXEL at St. George ~9 p.m. on the 11th next to the sheriff's station at Discord-post time, reads to investigators as command-and-control or at least foreknowledge-adjacent. Demand the tasking orders. |
The fed slop side, in full
This side has real data behind it, and this site says so. N1098L departed Biggs Army Airfield in El Paso around 7:48 AM MDT bound for Kalispell, Montana. Both of its Utah Valley passes flew a steady 146° track, bottomed out about 200 feet above Provo's field elevation, and climbed away over the runway at Provo Municipal Airport — the shape of a straight-in approach and go-around, a routine training manoeuvre. Its closest approach to UVU was 4.16 km. The transponder was on the whole time, visible to every hobby tracker, which is not how covert flights are flown.
The aircraft is a 2023 Bombardier Global 6500 operated by LASAI Aviation II LLC under the Army's HADES ISR program. Official-side commentators treat that as the whole answer: a contractor trainer doing missed approaches it has done at more than a hundred airports. They say the FAA and the FBI found no aircraft link to the killing, and that no aircraft record has been introduced in the State's case against Robinson. On this view, putting AXEL21 over St. George the next evening is the same kind of coincidence — a practice approach at a quiet field at night, on a route from Ontario, California, toward El Paso.
They also treat the drone-launch reading as a stretch. The drone question over UVU is a live hypothesis on this site; it is not a proven drop. A training profile that happens to sit near a campus on a bad day is, they say, still a training profile.
The HADES program itself is public. The Defense Post reported Bombardier's first Global 6500 delivery to the Army on 27 November 2024, and a second airframe accepted by Sierra Nevada Corporation on 10 September 2025 — the same calendar day as the UVU killing. Official-side commentators read that as proof the fleet was in a training and conversion pipeline, not a strike package. They also note that N1098L's closest approach, 4.16 km, is not overhead of the courtyard. A jet doing missed approaches at Provo Municipal can look dramatic on a hobby map and still be a go-around.
What citizen investigators say
Investigators answer that the timing is the point, not the altitude. The first pass ran 9:04–9:28 AM. The second ran 12:38–1:00 PM, closest to campus at 12:48 — about 25 minutes after the shooting (N1098L over UVU; the minute-level clock is on the N1098L activity timeline). No ADS-B track, tasking order, or sensor product from the aircraft has appeared in the prosecution. The airborne-surveillance records that would show what the sensors collected have not been produced.
Then St. George. According to two independent archives that agree to the second, AXEL21 landed at Ontario, California at 6:39 PM on September 11, departed at 8:00 PM, flew northeast into Utah, and at 8:59–9:00 PM was level at about 1,100 feet above St. George Regional Airport on the runway 19 centreline. At 9:00:45 PM it went around without landing and left toward Arizona (AXEL21 over St. George). That is a 293 km, 27% detour off the direct Ontario–El Paso routing.
That window sits beside the Discord "confession." Filings date it 7:57 PM, but the screenshot's own clock reads 8:57 PM (confession screenshot; the official claim is on Fed Claim: the Discord confession). The court record also places Robinson's Miranda warning at 6:25 PM, hours earlier (Discord and custody timeline; chain: he could not have sent it). Investigators do not claim the plane did anything. They ask who planned for it to be there, and why that is not in the record.
Citizen investigator John Cullen put the pairing in public in August and September 2026: HADES adjacent to UVU twice on the 10th, then AXEL21 adjacent to the sheriff's station at 8:57 PM on the 11th, "the exact time of the Discord message." Project Constitution had already run the AXEL21 / St. George timing in April 2026 and the N1098L / HADES passes from October 2025 through January 2026. Candace Owens has described the killing as a military-level operation; investigators on her orbit treat the three HADES appearances in 33 hours as the airborne half of that claim. The lone-gunman chain cannot absorb an Army ISR jet at both the shooting and the custody building without producing the tasking.
This site's own reconstruction confirms the track. It does not confirm occupancy, purpose, or any person aboard. A practice approach at a quiet field at night is an ordinary thing for a crew to fly. The open question is the schedule.
Investigators also flag a numbers fight inside the HADES file itself, and this site does not hide it. One circulating account put the first pass at about 600 ft AGL at 11:47 AM and the second at 335 ft at 12:24 PM, almost on the shot. The recovered ADS-B used on this site puts both bottoms near 4,700–4,750 ft MSL (about 200 ft above Provo's field), at 9:16 AM and 12:48 PM. The 12:24 / "thirty seconds after the shot" version does not survive the archives. The 12:48 version does. Investigators say the surviving version is still the anomaly: the same jet, the same 146° inbound, twice on the day of the killing, then the sister ship over St. George the next night. Official-side commentators say a corrected clock is why the whole aircraft file should have been dropped. Investigators say a corrected clock is why the tasking orders matter more, not less.
Cullen's October 2025 posts asked why a HADES jet at 204 ft AGL and 113 knots was being ignored. His August–September 2026 posts added the sister-ship / Discord-clock pairing. Project Constitution's January 2026 HADES round-up and April 2026 AXEL21 recap are the same file, a year apart. None of those posts is a crew accusation. This site does not republish crew names. The four proposed laws exist in part to force manifests and sensor logs without turning an ADS-B trace into a charge.
The two days, as recovered:
- 10 September, N1098L / AXLE10. Depart Biggs ~7:48 AM MDT. Pass 1: 9:04–9:28 AM, bottom ~9:16, 146° inbound, ~200 ft above PVU, closest to UVU 4.16 km. Pass 2: 12:38–1:00 PM, closest 12:48 — about 25 minutes after the 12:23 PM killing. Transponder on. No tasking in the charging file.
- 11 September, N2100L / AXEL21. On the ground at Ontario until 8:00 PM MDT (landed 6:39 PM). Northeast into Utah. 8:59–9:00 PM on St. George runway 19 centreline at ~1,100 ft AGL. Go-around 9:00:45 PM toward Arizona. Discord screenshot clock 8:57 PM. Miranda already given at 6:25 PM.
When this fight ran
- 10–16 September 2025. Official-side accounts named Robinson, locked in the lone-actor frame, and did not address the jets. Citizen flight trackers began posting N1098L / AXLE10 the same week.
- October 2025 – January 2026. John Cullen, Project Constitution, and related investigators pushed the HADES low-pass numbers and the Fort Huachuca / drone-capability overlay. Official-side commentators treated the aircraft as slop.
- April 2026. Project Constitution and Baron Coleman circulated the AXEL21 / St. George reconstruction as a second HADES appearance at surrender time.
- August – 18 September 2026. Cullen re-posted the pairing against the Discord screenshot clock (8:57 PM) and the sheriff's-station geography. Official-side accounts still did not produce a tasking order. They kept calling it coincidence.
Why it matters for Tyler Robinson
If military surveillance aircraft were in the air near both the shooting and the custody building, their sensor data could confirm or rule out large parts of the official timeline. A case built on a lone young man has no place for those flights, which is why investigators say their records should be produced rather than waved away. The surrender story and the proof-intel hub both hang on whether those records exist and stay closed.
What would settle it
- The tasking orders and flight plans for N1098L on September 10 and N2100L on September 11, 2025.
- Any sensor product or collection log from either flight over Utah.
- A statement from the FAA or FBI, with records, on what was checked about these aircraft.
- Discord's server-side login and IP records for the confession account that evening.
- Crew and passenger manifests, produced under the four proposed disclosure laws, without this site republishing names.
