The Lance Twiggs Family
This page collects publicly available records concerning the family of Lance Twiggs — the partner and roommate of Tyler Robinson, the man charged in the September 10, 2025 shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. The records below were surfaced by X user @1MrsWhistledown and consist of a Texas nonprofit filing and two county property-ownership histories. Forming a charitable organization and acquiring property are entirely lawful activities, and no member of the Twiggs family has been charged with or accused in court of any crime in connection with the case. The documents are reproduced here as primary records, with the questions they raise left open.
What @1MrsWhistledown Reported
In a June 17, 2026 post, @1MrsWhistledown wrote:
"Lance Twiggs flees to Texas post-shooting, while his parents suddenly acquire two new homes and start a 'Faith and Family' charity. The timing of these events is interesting."
The characterizations "flees" and "suddenly acquire" are the poster's words. What follows are the underlying public records the post attached, summarized as they appear in those documents.
The "Faith and Family Foundation Charity" Filing

According to the Texas Secretary of State "View Entity" record shown in the post:
- Name: Faith and Family Foundation Charity
- Entity type: Domestic Nonprofit Corporation
- Filing Number: 806497473
- Original Date of Filing: March 9, 2026
- Entity Status: In existence
- Duration: Perpetual
- Address: Houston, TX (street address withheld — it is a private residence)
- Registered Agent: Jerry T Twiggs
- Directors (last updated March 17, 2026): Jerry T Twiggs, Amy R Twiggs, and Mikayla R Twiggs — each listed as Director at the same Houston address.
A separate "Company Overview" panel in the post restates the same details, describing the entity as a Texas domestic non-profit filed on March 9, 2026 and currently "In Existence."
The Property Ownership Records

The post also reproduced two real-estate "Ownership History" screenshots, which the site notes are compiled from publicly available records. As shown:
- One property is recorded under the owner name "13 Branches Family Trust and Twiggs," owner type "Private Individual," held from Dec 2025 – Present. The purchase-details panel shows it listed on Oct 16, 2025, closed on Dec 4, 2025, at a list price of $350,000, with a current estimated value of $340,801. The buyer's agent named in the listing is not identified here: the agent is an uninvolved third party with no connection to this case.
- A second ownership-history record again shows "13 Branches Family Trust and Twiggs" holding a property from Dec 2025 – Present, with the prior owner having held it Feb 2021 – Dec 2025 (4 years and 10 months). Some seller names in the first screenshots are redacted.
In a follow-up post the same day, @1MrsWhistledown shared a fuller version of the first record with the "Sold by" field visible.

According to this fuller record, the property closed on Dec 4, 2025 was sold by "Twiggs Amy R and Twiggs Mikayla R" to the buyer "13 Branches Family Trust and Twiggs," with a current estimated value of $305,179. As shown, the seller and the buying trust share the Twiggs family name — consistent with a property being transferred into a family trust, which is an ordinary and lawful estate-planning step. No wrongdoing is alleged.
Timeline of the Records
Laid against the case timeline, the documented dates are:
- September 10, 2025 — Shooting of Charlie Kirk at UVU.
- October 16, 2025 — A property later held under the "13 Branches Family Trust and Twiggs" name is listed for sale.
- December 4, 2025 — That property closes.
- March 9, 2026 — The Faith and Family Foundation Charity is filed with the Texas Secretary of State.
@1MrsWhistledown argues the timing of these events is interesting; that inference belongs to the poster, not to this site. These are records of lawful transactions — buying a home and registering a nonprofit are ordinary legal acts. The dates alone do not establish any connection to the events at UVU, and no member of the Twiggs family has been charged with or accused in court of wrongdoing in relation to the case. The records are presented so readers can examine the primary documents directly.
Status: Lance Twiggs — Alive. Family members named in the records (Jerry T Twiggs, Amy R Twiggs, Mikayla R Twiggs) — presumed Alive.

Laws (Charlie Kirk)
- Bank records behind the Twiggs property purchases and any wire transfers to Lance Twiggs and the Faith and Family Foundation funding source are things that the Charlie Kirk Investigation Laws may result in powerful truths coming out that aren't out yet.
Public commentary
- Public X posts have recirculated a Texas Faith and Family Foundation Charity nonprofit filing and county property / family-trust ownership histories connected to the Twiggs name.
- Those discussions are about ordinary public records. This website does not allege that any Twiggs family member committed a crime, did anything wrong or illegal, or participated in or had knowledge of the assassination.
- Placing the documented dates alongside the case timeline is a common practice in open-source commentary, but juxtaposition is not causation.
- Related context on individual family members appears in the Amy R Twiggs profile and the other person pages linked below.
Interesting In This Area
- Tyler Robinson is charged, not convicted; Lance Twiggs is charged with nothing.
- Twiggs relatives appear as charity directors and in a 2025 trust transfer.
- A legal commentator's Substack is where much of the primary court record actually lives.
- The full roster groups every name by how it entered the record.
Interesting In Other Areas
- Lance Twiggs' phone was extracted although she is not a defendant.
- Custody at 6:25 PM breaks the Discord confession timeline.
- Cellebrite, an Israeli firm, supplied the tooling that extracted the phones.
- The alleged personal motive is the account this site tests, not adopts.
