Disclaimer: Inclusion on this page does not imply that this individual had knowledge of, participated in, or committed any illegal or immoral act. This page documents their publicly known connection to the events of September 10, 2025 for investigative reference only.

Andrew Kolvet is Chief Communications Officer and spokesman for Turning Point USA (TPUSA) and executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show. He was one of Charlie Kirk's closest professional associates and became among the most visible public faces of the organization after September 10, 2025.

Post-Shot Internal Response & the Mikey–Blake–Kolvet Cluster

In the first minutes after the ~12:23 PM shooting, citizen timelines focus on Mikey McCoy's reported calls to Erika Kirk and Rob McCoy — and on Blake Neff's witness claim versus 12:24:02 footage showing Mikey alone. Kolvet sits at the third vertex of this cluster: the communications and succession narrative TPUSA presented in the hours and days that followed.

No accusation in this project holds that Kolvet knew of any assassination plan. Questions concern timeline reconstruction, document authenticity, and organizational response only. See Timeline overview.

Background

Kolvet graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business in 2006 with a B.A. in Business Marketing. Before joining TPUSA, he had a career in communications and media production:

  • Founded and served as CEO of The ATK Company, a PR and brand strategy firm
  • Held VP-level roles at The Kairos Company (a PR firm that represented TPUSA as a client)
  • VP at UAMG/LightWorkers Media, working on faith-based media projects under Mark Burnett's production umbrella
  • Earlier positions included Development Producer at Signet Media Group and Financial Analyst at Washington Mutual

Kolvet transitioned to TPUSA around 2019, moving from The Kairos Company into a direct communications role. After Charlie Kirk's death, he appeared on Fox News (Martha MacCallum's "The Untold Story," November 2025) and NewsNation.

TPUSA Succession & Donor Communications

Candace Owens' "Bride of Charlie" series (2025–2026) examines TPUSA succession after September 10. Kolvet's media statements are frequently cited:

  • Charlie Kirk reportedly told Kolvet that Erika Kirk could handle leading the organization
  • Kolvet publicly confirmed donor-related text messages attributed to Kirk in news appearances
  • TPUSA's board before September 10 reportedly included Doug DeGroote, Charlie Kirk, Erika Kirk, David Engelhardt, Mike Miller, and Tom Sodeika

These are reported public statements, not findings of this investigation.

The "Tarmac Hug" Timeline Dispute (Attributed to Candace Owens)

Candace Owens' timeline analysis, summarized in the investigation file, scrutinizes the reported runway reunion between Kolvet and Erika Kirk on September 10:

  • Frank Turek (described in the file as a former Navy officer, "incredibly precise with time") stated on the record that Erika arrived at the hospital around 4:00 PM.
  • TPUSA's account has Erika meeting Kolvet's plane from Santa Barbara on the tarmac — but per Owens' math that plane did not land in Provo until 4:40 PM, a ~20-minute drive from the hospital, making a 4:00 PM hospital arrival "logistically impossible."
  • Owens' framing is that both men are telling the truth and the discrepancy points elsewhere — she argues Erika must have flown in earlier (on Charlie's plane, reportedly landing 3:31 PM). In her telling, "every time we find a discrepancy… it turns out Erika is the one lying," and she notes Erika "threw Andrew under the bus" over the 30-06 caliber text.

This is attributed commentary about a timeline, not a finding against Kolvet — the analysis treats him as one of the more consistent narrators. See Timeline overview.

Other Attributed Items

  • "On a list": Per the file, Kolvet reportedly told Candace Owens that she and Tucker Carlson "were on a list," a remark he is said to have made after arriving at the hospital — reported commentary only.
  • Deepfake meeting: The file states Kolvet "even admitted they met with deepfake creators who offered to make videos of Charlie… but claimed they declined." Reported as his own attributed statement, not evidence of wrongdoing.
