Andrew Kolvet is Chief Communications Officer and spokesman for Turning Point USA (TPUSA) and executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show. He was one of Charlie Kirk's closest professional associates and became among the most visible public faces of the organization after September 10, 2025.

Background
Kolvet graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business in 2006 with a B.A. in Business Marketing. Before joining TPUSA, he had a career in communications and media production:

- Held VP-level roles at The Kairos Company (a PR firm that represented TPUSA as a client)
- VP at UAMG/LightWorkers Media, working on faith-based media projects under Mark Burnett's production umbrella

- Frank Turek (described in the file as a former Navy officer, "incredibly precise with time") stated on the record that Erika arrived at the hospital around 4:00 PM.
- TPUSA's account has Erika meeting Kolvet's plane from Santa Barbara on the tarmac — but per Owens' math that plane did not land in Provo until 4:40 PM, a ~20-minute drive from the hospital, making a 4:00 PM hospital arrival "logistically impossible."
- Owens' framing is that both men are telling the truth and the discrepancy points elsewhere — she argues Erika must have flown in earlier (on Charlie's plane, reportedly landing 3:31 PM).
