Blake Neff
Disclaimer: Inclusion on this page does not imply that this individual had knowledge of, participated in, or committed any illegal or immoral act. This page documents their publicly known connection to the events of September 10, 2025 for investigative reference only.
Blake Neff is a producer of The Charlie Kirk Show and a TPUSA team member who was on-site at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. He has been a focal point in post-shot timeline reconstruction because of his public statements about witnessing Mikey McCoy's calls — set against video that appears to show Mikey alone seconds later.
The Witness Gap: Blake's Account vs. 12:24:02 Footage
Candace Owens' timeline analysis highlights a tension between Blake Neff's witness claim and a 12:24:02 video still cited in public timeline commentary:
| Element | Blake Neff's public account | Video / timeline critique |
|---|---|---|
| Mikey's call to Erika Kirk | Blake has said he witnessed this call | Erika says Mikey called at 12:23 PM Utah (11:23 AM Arizona) |
| Mikey's call to Rob McCoy | Blake has said he witnessed this call | — |
| 12:24:02 position | Implied proximity to Mikey during calls | Footage shows Mikey past SUV alone — Blake absent from frame |
This remains an open timeline question: if Blake was not beside Mikey at 12:24:02, how precisely did he witness both calls? This website does not assert deception, foreknowledge, or improper conduct — only that public accounts diverge and merit further clarification.

Post-Shot Actions (Per Public Commentary)
Beyond the call-witness dispute, commentary and social posts have attributed the following to Blake Neff on September 10:
- Called his mother shortly after the shooting (referenced in Candace Owens coverage)
- Participated in livestreams and threads addressing what TPUSA described as false accusations against the organization and Kirk family
- Engaged publicly in leadership and succession disputes following Charlie Kirk's death
This website does not assert that Blake Neff knew of any assassination plan.
Role at TPUSA
Blake Neff works as a producer on The Charlie Kirk Show — the daily media arm of TPUSA. He was listed among AV/team members in close proximity to the stage at the UVU event. He is part of the Mikey–Blake–Kolvet cluster central to Owens' coverage of TPUSA's internal post-shot response alongside Andrew Kolvet.
Wargames-Specialist Claim (Attributed Commentary)
Public commentary and reporting — driven by Candace Owens' podcast and X threads — raises a background claim about a "Blake Neff" who reportedly served as a wargames specialist for the U.S. Marine Corps War College (2016–2020), facilitating simulations with colonels and lieutenant colonels, before being dropped from the program after CNN exposed pseudonymous racist posts.
Identity caution: It is not established that the TPUSA producer named on this page is the same individual as the Marine Corps War College figure or the writer publicly reported to have resigned from a cable-news program in 2020 over pseudonymous posts. Multiple people share the name Blake Neff. This site reports the claim as circulating commentary only and does not adopt it as a factual identification of the person profiled here.
Fort Huachuca "Captain Neff" Claim (Attributed / Unverified)
The same commentary chain ties a relative to a September 9, 2025 meeting at Fort Huachuca — the day before the shooting:
- A military tipster cited on Owens' show alleged a session at Fort Huachuca packed with 12+ lieutenant colonels, described as a "final op planning session."
- Threads allege the interrogation/session was led by a "Captain Neff," speculated to be Blake Neff's cousin, Lt. Col. Daniel Neff — and note Brian Harpole was reportedly "spotted leaving with a mystery gray-haired boss."
These are unverified OSINT and podcast allegations, presented with attribution. This website makes no accusation that Blake Neff, any relative, or any named person planned or knew of the assassination. See Fort Huachuca / flight threads and the Timeline overview.
