Bradley D. Hansell
Disclaimer: Inclusion on this page does not imply that this individual had knowledge of, participated in, or committed any illegal or immoral act. This page exists to record what other people have publicly said about him in connection with September 10, 2025. This site has established no connection between Mr. Hansell and those events, and asserts none.
Living Person Notice: Bradley D. Hansell is a living person. This page records his public office and what other people have said, with attribution. This website makes no claim of its own that he was aboard any aircraft, attended any meeting, or was in any particular place. We do not assert wrongdoing.
The flight discussion exists only because of the intense scrutiny on government air movements in the days after Charlie Kirk was assassinated; see the site's cover-up section.
Investigative Value
Bradley D. Hansell holds the public office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, to which the Senate confirmed him on July 22, 2025. That confirmation is a matter of public record and is the only fact about him this site states in its own voice.
He enters this investigation solely through claims made by others. Commentator Candace Owens has alleged that he was one of a small number of passengers on a Department of Defense VIP flight (callsign SAM-702) said to have departed Fort Huachuca the day before the Charlie Kirk shooting. This site does not state that he was on that flight, and does not state that he was at Fort Huachuca or at any meeting. No released manifest, visitor log, or official record cited anywhere on this site confirms his presence, and the significance attached to the flight is the commentator's inference rather than an established fact.
For the aircraft context see Planes; for the intelligence-services discussion see Proof: Intel Services. On the intelligence-community front more broadly, former NCTC director Joe Kent has said on the record that his center's parallel review of potential foreign ties to the assassination was ordered to stop once a suspect was in custody.

What others have alleged
Everything in this section is someone else's statement. It is recorded here because the claims are in public circulation, not because this site finds them to be true.
- Candace Owens alleges that one of the passengers on the SAM-702 VIP flight said to have left Fort Huachuca on the morning of September 9, 2025 — the day before the shooting — was Bradley D. Hansell. That is her allegation and hers alone. No released passenger manifest confirms it, and this site does not assert it, adopt it, or treat it as established.
- The same account describes his publicly available résumé (Army Special Forces, Boston Consulting Group, and National Security Council service) and says he reports to Pete Hegseth. Reporting lines within a department are ordinary organizational structure and carry no implication of any kind.
- Commentators draw inferences from his prior employer's past contracts. Those inferences are the commentators' own juxtapositions. This site does not adopt them and knows of no proven connection between them and the shooting.
- Counterpoint: A senior defense official traveling on an official aircraft, and visiting the Army's intelligence headquarters, is a routine part of that job. None of the cited material shows any link between Mr. Hansell and the events at Utah Valley University. No charge, indictment, or court finding exists against him.
Google Image Search Claim (July 2026)
In July 2026, Stew Peters claimed Google image results vanished for figures his show had named around Fort Huachuca — grouped under DIA, CENTCOM, and Crane. Mr. Hansell's name is adjacent to that thread only because other people raised the SAM-702 allegation alongside it; the transcript does not name him among the queries run, and this site does not place him in any of it.
Recorded here only so the thread is traceable. Being discussed or searched for is not an accusation, and this implies nothing about Hansell. Detail: Fort Huachuca Image Searches.
Open Questions
These are questions, not assertions. Posing a question about a record is not a claim about what the record contains.
- What are the official manifest and mission records for the SAM-702 flight referenced?
- Has the passenger identification made by the commentator ever been independently confirmed? To this site's knowledge it has not.
- What, if any, official purpose is on record for the Fort Huachuca departure that week?
- Do the image-search removal claims touch any name in this thread, and is any before-state archived?
Status
Status: Alive.
This website makes no claim that Bradley D. Hansell committed any crime, did anything wrong or illegal, or had any knowledge of or involvement in the assassination. This website also makes no claim about where he was, what he travelled on, or what he attended on any date. Statements on this page about his location or travel are the allegations of named third parties, recorded as such. His name appears here only in the context of public discussion. Nothing on this page is a finding by this website.
Interesting In This Area
- Butch Hibbs carries a separate flight thread, also unverified and also hedged.
- Bill Lee is placed beside a trade trip by commentators, not by this site.
- Blaine Holt is the other retired flag officer named in this section.
- Bryan Starbuck publishes the open-source method these flight threads borrow.
Interesting In Other Areas
- SAM702 is a callsign, not a manifest, until a flight log appears.
- A closed-door meeting of lieutenant colonels reportedly ran inside thirty-six hours beforehand.
- Manifests and FOIA requests were reportedly withheld, leaving the lead unfalsifiable.
- John Cullen put aircraft at the centre, and the page documents his overreaches.

:::caution Context Only Nothing here is a finding that Bradley D. Hansell committed any crime or knew of any crime in advance. Every item below is a third party's claim, attributed to that speaker. This site does not confirm any of them, and does not place him at any location or on any aircraft. :::
- @ProjectConstitu (June 14, 2026): photos + flight-record package claiming Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security Bradley Hansell was in Arizona Sept 9, 2025 (border helicopter tour) and linking SAM 702 / Fort Huachuca Sept 8–9 itinerary to Candace Owens / Mitch Snow timeline claims (alleged pickups/drop-offs of other named figures). FOIA stonewalling claimed by poster.
- @hurtfeelingzday (July 2026): ties DOD jet 99-0404 path (DC→COS→DMA/Tucson→Ft Huachuca→ELP area) to Hansell per Candace Owens confirmation claims; ADS-B off narratives.
- Both items above are posters' claims, not this site's findings. The alleged Arizona trip, the alleged helicopter tour, the alleged itinerary, and the alleged aircraft association are unconfirmed. This site does not state that Mr. Hansell made that trip, and does not find that he planned, ordered, knew of, or participated in the assassination. Passenger-manifest and itinerary details remain unverified unless and until primary records are released.
