Jack Posobiec (John Michael Posobiec III) is a conservative activist, author, and host at Human Events (part of the Daily Wire). He is a longtime figure in the online conservative ecosystem around Turning Point USA (TPUSA) and Charlie Kirk, and he appears in the investigation only because of his publicly documented U.S. Navy intelligence background and a widely-shared social-media exchange that touches on the case's intelligence-services theme.

A screenshot resurfaced in July 2026 by @ArtifexMemor — an account whose bio lists prior work with @tpusa and @charliekirk11 — captures a February 4, 2022 exchange on X. In it, according to the screenshot, Jack Posobiec wrote: "Military sent me down to Ft Huachuca couple times for training. We used to walk over the border to get lunch in Nogales," and added, "Then there's that time I took Tanya to Juarez. That was a great livestream and we almost got deported (her fault not mine)."
Fort Huachuca, Arizona is the home of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and the Military Intelligence Corps — the Army's primary intelligence-training installation. In the circled reply, Tyler Bowyer, chief operating officer of Turning Point Action/TPUSA, wrote: "jack stop going to huachuca."
The exchange reads as banter between two public figures, and nothing in it connects either man to the events of September 10, 2025. It is documented here only because @ArtifexMemor and other commentators have circulated it as a pointer to Posobiec's intelligence background — a background that Posobiec himself has spoken about publicly.
Documented Naval Intelligence Service
Posobiec's military-intelligence service is a matter of public record and has been reported by mainstream outlets and acknowledged by Posobiec himself:
- He enlisted in the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2010 and was commissioned as an officer in 2013, reaching the rank of lieutenant junior grade before leaving in 2017 (per NBC News and Task & Purpose).
- From roughly 2014 to 2017 he was assigned to a Reserve Intelligence unit at the Office of Naval Intelligence's Naval Maritime Intelligence Center in Washington, reportedly working at the Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center.
- His file reportedly lists a 10-month posting at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, beginning in September 2012, where he served as a HUMINT (human-intelligence) analyst in the interrogation cell.
- His security clearance was suspended in February 2017 before he left his civilian post at the Office of Naval Intelligence, according to The Daily Beast.
These are publicly reported facts about his career — not allegations of wrongdoing. They are relevant to the investigation only insofar as the case examines intelligence-service connections among public figures in Charlie Kirk's broader orbit.
