Living Person Notice: Jeb Jacobi is a living person. We document his reported volunteer and eyewitness role only. We do not assert foreknowledge of the attack or any criminal involvement.
Investigative Value
Jeb Jacobi is a close-range eyewitness because he reportedly stood approximately 10 feet from Charlie Kirk when the shot occurred at UVU on September 10, 2025. As a TPUSA volunteer who helped bring Kirk to campus, Jacobi bridges event logistics and firsthand perception — two categories investigators cross-check against Witnesses audio descriptions and eyewitness mobile video.
His public descriptions of the moment as "haunting" place him among the inner-circle volunteers whose testimony could address shot direction, immediate crowd reaction, and whether the sound matched a conventional rifle report. Compare his proximity with Hunter Kozak (final questioner) and Cooper Brown (post-shot chaos accounts).
Same Person as "Cooper Brown"? — Open Question
On July 13, 2026, citizen investigator @AMeadowInquiry posted that the man many call "Cooper Brown" "appears to be the same individual photographed at Fort Huachuca with Jeb Jacobi." This site does not assert that Jeb Jacobi and "Cooper Brown" are the same person. The identification is an unverified visual comparison of two photos. We are actively seeking information from anyone who can confirm or rule out whether these are the same man or two different people, and we invite anyone who recognizes either individual to come forward.
The referenced image is a Fort Huachuca MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) social-media photo of three young men in Lawley Automotive Group shirts at what appears to be an auto-dealer giveaway in a base recreation center. Counterpoint: being photographed at a Fort Huachuca MWR community event does not, on its own, establish any intelligence or Army affiliation — MWR functions are open to the public, and the shirts indicate a private dealership promotion. The comparison is logged here only because it circulates publicly.
The same post states that, at the UVU event, this individual was reportedly responsible for the microphone and stood directly in front of Charlie Kirk — a role and proximity that overlap with the volunteer/AV descriptions attached to both names, which is part of why commentators have tried to reconcile them into one person. The post further notes the man appears to have two large, identical rectangular objects, one in each pant pocket, which the poster characterized as "too large to be cell phones." That is the poster's interpretation only; mundane explanations (phones, battery packs, radios or transmitter packs used by event audio handlers, wallets) are equally consistent with the image, and nothing establishes what the objects were.
Can you help? If you can identify either man, confirm or refute that they are the same person, or provide the source and date of the Fort Huachuca photo, please share it. This is an open lead the investigation is working to close.
Witness Role — September 10, 2025
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Described role | TPUSA volunteer; campus liaison |
| Proximity | ~10 feet from Kirk at time of shooting |
| Status | Alive |
According to X.com witness research (Query 6, peopleglyph):
- Jacobi helped bring Kirk to UVU for the courtyard event.
- He was standing about 10 feet away when Kirk was hit.
- He has spoken publicly about the experience, describing the memory as haunting.
- Investigation-file commentary links him and Cooper Brown in TPUSA volunteer contexts; separate posts have discussed Fort Huachuca associations — those threads are unverified and not stated as fact here.
Background
Jacobi appears in the master witness roster alongside other TPUSA-adjacent figures such as Caleb Chilcutt (UVU chapter president) and Andrew Feraci (staff photographer). His volunteer status means he likely had backstage or near-stage access without being on the AV crew documented under Terryl Farnsworth.
Any phone video, photos, or sworn statement from ~10 feet could materially affect trajectory and sound-source analysis debated in Real Killer threads.
Citizen Investigator Claims and Public Commentary
(The following are attributed claims and file notes — not findings of criminal guilt.)
Close Eyewitness (~10 feet)
TPUSA volunteer who helped bring Kirk to UVU; ~10 feet away when shot. Central eyewitness candidate. Also appears in Cooper Brown "blocking" video debates as the restrained person in some IDs. High value; no guilt.
