Filmed a selfie video seconds after the shot saying "They shot Charlie. He's dead. God help him." while standing on rocks (instead of immediately aiding or calling 911, per critics). Removed SD cards from the camera behind Kirk's head (accused by Candace Owens and others of tampering with crime scene footage; TPUSA claimed police instructed it or to prevent theft). An old 2011 Facebook video surfaced showing him and friends acting out shooting scenes. Cousin (Michael Burt) reportedly linked to Tyler Robinson's defense team in some posts. Heavy focus in conspiracy discussions (Candace Owens highlighted as one of "10 TPUSA verifiable lies").
