Army Receives First HADES Global 6500
What This Image Shows
A full-page capture of an article at The Defense Post, section AIR / AMERICAS.
The headline reads "US Army HADES Program Receives First Global 6500 Jet From Bombardier," bylined CHRISTINE CASIMIRO, NOVEMBER 27, 2024, marked a one-minute read. The opening line reads "Bombardier has delivered the first Global 6500 aircraft to..." A photograph of a white Global 6500 on a tarmac sits above the text, credited to Bombardier, and the page carries the site's navigation bar, advertising rail and a latest-posts sidebar.
This is the founding document of the HADES thread: independent trade reporting confirming that the US Army's High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System programme is real, that its airframe is the Bombardier Global 6500, and that the first aircraft was delivered in late 2024.
What it does not do is connect that programme to Utah. It predates September 10, 2025 by nine and a half months and mentions no tail number relevant to this case. Keeping the distinction clear matters: the programme is documented, the specific aircraft's tasking is not.
