The publication date is the coincidence that made this article circulate: it went out on the morning of the shooting. That is a coincidence of news scheduling, not evidence -- defence-trade outlets publish daily and the piece concerns an aircraft acceptance in Nevada.
Two substantive points survive. The second airframe was still being converted as of that date, which bears on what was and was not operational. And the illustration is explicitly labelled a rendering, the exact confusion the Nwq comparison graphic sets out to correct.
