The War Zone 404 Error Page
What This Image Shows
A full-page capture of an error page at The War Zone (TWZ). The site navigation runs across the top -- LATEST, NEWS & FEATURES, AIR, SEA, LAND, SPACE, NUCLEAR, EVENTS, MORE -- above a centred message reading "404. We couldn't find that page. Try searching for something or explore our categories below." A search box and a grid of category buttons sit beneath it, with a sidebar of recent articles including "Bunker Talk: Let's Talk About All The Things We Did And Didn't Cover This Week" by Tyler Rogoway.
This is the page returned at the URL researchers had been citing for the article "Army Wants To Test Air-Launched Drones From A Global Express Business Jet." It documents a state, and only a state: at the moment of capture, that address did not resolve to an article.
The inference drawn from it -- that the piece was pulled because it connected to N1098L -- is a claim, not a finding. URLs change for editorial and technical reasons all the time, the publisher has not commented on this site's record, and a second outlet published its own report on the same Army program, which survives.
See the Versions slides, the full article captures in Articles, and N1098L Air-Launched Drones.
