About This Cluster​

Whether drones were in the air over the UVU courtyard on September 10, 2025 is one of the sharpest factual disputes in the case. TPUSA and UVU initially said no drones were flying; researchers responded with video frames showing small objects overhead, and Frank Turek has said publicly that TPUSA had a drone up and that he and Charlie Kirk reviewed its footage on the way to the event. This cluster is the small set of drone-related stills filed under the spy-plane thread, which is where the two questions meet: whether the aircraft overhead was a hobby drone, a production drone, or something launched from elsewhere.

Two of the images are frames from crowd video with a yellow circle and a magnified inset drawn around a small dark object high in the sky above the plaza — one carries a burned-in timecode reading 12:24:00:05 and a "CROWDSOURCE THE TRUTH" watermark, placing it about a minute after the 12:23 PM shot. The object is small, blurred, and unresolved; researchers have offered it as evidence of an aircraft overhead, while critics have argued it could be a bird, a lens artifact, or a distant balloon. The third image is unrelated to UVU: a text screenshot recounting the reported 2010 State Department episode in which then-Secretary Hillary Clinton allegedly asked "Can't we just drone this guy?" about Julian Assange, filed here as background on how drone strikes enter political discussion rather than as evidence about this case.
