Spy Program: HADES (High, Accuracy, Detection & Exploitation, System)." The misspelling of "altititude" and the question mark after "pick up?" are in the original.

Two elements of the banner are checkable against public tracking data: the altitude and speed of the low passes, and the departure from Biggs Army Airfield. The step from those numbers to "drone drop-off" is an inference, and the deck's own question mark after "pick up?" concedes as much.
