The annotations set out an argument about wound geometry: that a mark on one side is an entry, a mark on the other is an exit, and a shadow visible between them indicates the path. Because the file is stored under the spy-plane folder, the poster's implied inference is a downward trajectory from an airborne source rather than from the roof position in the official account.
This needs stating plainly. Reading wound geometry off a compressed, low-resolution video frame is not reliable, and the labels here are one person's interpretation of pixels, not a forensic finding. The medical examiner's record and the ballistics evidence in the court proceedings are the authoritative material on trajectory. Independent commentators have raised trajectory questions in public, and those questions remain open, but this image does not settle them.
