Duncan Aviation has been managing the maintenance and repair of the EAF fleet of Falcon 20 aircraft since 1999. This is one of the most load-bearing documents in the Egyptian aircraft thread, and it points in a direction the loudest versions of the theory tend to skip past. Duncan Aviation is named in the investigation's notes as the Provo facility where the Egyptian crews were handled and where rental cars were issued. This release establishes a long-standing, publicly announced commercial maintenance relationship between that company and the Egyptian Air Force going back to 1999 -- which is an ordinary, documented reason for Egyptian government aircraft to visit Duncan facilities in the United States.
