What this frame adds to the others in the set is the perimeter. It shows how the walkways feed into the courtyard and where the crowd thins toward the edges -- the routes by which people entered and, in the minutes after the shot, left. Movement questions in this case have mostly been argued from ground-level phone video, where the geometry is impossible to reconstruct.

The origin claim for the set -- leaked imagery from the N59906 contractor overflight -- has not been verified, and nothing in this frame dates or attributes it. Use it for geometry, not as a documented product of that flight.
