Question About the Same Jet Over Nevada

What This Image Shows

A screenshot of an X post by Rebecca Ramaley (@RebeccaRamaley), dated Sep 20, with a cropped FlightAware map attached. The post reads: "What was the same plane doing circling over Fallon / Pyramid Lake Nevada later the same day? A data dump or equipment handoff?"

The FlightAware panel shows a green track across the southwest with Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix and New Mexico labelled, an origin marker at BIF -- Biggs Army Airfield, El Paso -- and flight times reading Takeoff 05:52PM PDT, Landing 09:44PM MDT. The Biggs origin matches the departure airfield researchers report for N1098L on September 10.

The two suggested explanations in the post, a data dump or an equipment handoff, are speculation offered as questions rather than conclusions, and the poster frames them that way. Fallon hosts a US Navy air station, so military aircraft operating in that airspace is not by itself unusual. What the post adds to the record is a documented continuation of the day's track after the Utah passes.
