The flat roofs are worth noting alongside the crowd. In an overhead frame the roof surfaces are fully visible -- their extent, their access points, and what equipment or people were on them at the moment of capture. That is precisely the material that campus surveillance footage would settle and which has not been publicly released.
The set this frame belongs to is claimed to be leaked imagery from the N59906 survey flight of September 10, 2025, a claim that has not been verified by metadata, by the contractor, or by any agency. Nothing visible in the frame confirms its date or source.
