Another scanned page from the same 2019 Romanian legal complaint. The text is a first-person witness narrative referring to a military unit designation and to events the writer says she observed while employed there.
As with the other pages of this document in the folder, the material is from a separate matter in another country, six years before the events this site investigates. No link has been established between it and any aircraft, person, or event in the Charlie Kirk case, and it appears to have arrived here through an unsorted file import.
The pages contain untested criminal allegations against named individuals. This site does not repeat them. Describing the document type and provenance is as far as this page goes, and readers should treat the presence of these scans in the folder as a filing accident rather than as evidence of anything.
