SU-BND Local Cairo Flights, Spring 2025
What This Image Shows
A second Flightradar24 mobile list for SU-BND, covering March and April 2025. Almost every row reads the same way: Apr 26, Apr 20, Apr 16, Apr 15, Apr 10, Apr 09 and Apr 08 all show Cairo (CAI) to Cairo (CAI), with one Hurghada (HRG) leg on Mar 27.
This is the aircraft at home. A long run of same-field local flights is what a government or military aircraft's log looks like during training, currency and maintenance test cycles, and it is the necessary baseline against which the United States trips stand out.
That baseline is genuinely useful for weighing the pattern claim. It shows the aircraft mostly operating locally in Egypt, with the trans-Atlantic runs as discrete episodes rather than continuous activity. It also shows that the aircraft flies frequent short local legs, which weakens any argument that a Provo-to-Provo circuit is inherently unusual -- the same aircraft does exactly that at its home base.
