Aerial View of the Terraced Campus Lawn

High angle aerial photograph looking down on a large crowd on a terraced V shaped grassy lawn surrounded by concrete walkways

What This Image Shows

A high-angle aerial photograph looking straight down at a large crowd gathered on the terraced, V-shaped grassy lawn of the campus courtyard, ringed by pale concrete walkways and the surrounding buildings. The long, sharp shadows indicate mid-morning or late afternoon light.

This is the venue as seen from directly overhead -- the terraced amphitheatre where the TPUSA event was staged, with the crowd arranged in the concentric rows the terracing produces. Overhead frames like this one are the most useful images in the whole corpus for spatial questions, because they show the geometry of the site in a way no ground-level photograph can: distances across the courtyard, the position of the tent relative to surrounding rooflines, and where the crowd density was.

The source of the image is not marked in the frame. A group of visually similar aerials in this cluster carry a @universehop00 watermark and are described as leaked survey photographs; whether this one belongs to that set is not established here.

See the watermarked set beginning at Photo 65, the survey aircraft at N59906, and Maps for the site geometry.
