It sits in the Egyptian aircraft folder because of a claim that circulated after the flight logs emerged: that Egypt's elite El Sa'ka unit, trained near Cairo, could be relevant given the aircraft's origin. That connection is speculation built on geography, and the article itself makes no claim about anything in this case.
Stating it plainly: nothing here links any Egyptian military unit to the events of September 10, 2025. Egypt is a long-standing United States security partner whose forces train jointly with American units, which is documented separately in this cluster by the BRIGHT STAR exercise release.
