2019 UVU Lecture Page Now Returns 404
What This Image Shows
A composite image pairing an archived university post with an error page. The left side reproduces a UVU National Security Society post dated September 10, 2019: "Hey UVU Students! TODAY, Tuesday 9/10/19 at 2:30 PM in CB 410A, you won't want to miss this speaker, garunteed! Former CIA Officer and UVU CNSS Professor Rusty Needs will speak about detention and drones. Come for the speaker, stay for the snacks!" The event graphic is headed NATIONAL SECURITY WEEK 2019, "SNACKS IN THE SITUATION ROOM," with the talk title "THE ETHICS OF CIA DETENTION AND DRONE OPERATIONS." The right side shows a UVU page returning 404: Page Not Found, with the word MISSING placed over the portrait.
What is documented here is narrow: a lecture on that subject was advertised at UVU in 2019, and a related university page no longer resolves. The date coincidence -- September 10, six years earlier -- is the kind of detail that draws attention online but carries no evidentiary weight on its own.
The person named is a living private individual whose academic and prior government career are matters of public biography. Nothing here connects him to the events of September 10, 2025, and no such connection has been established or alleged by any authority. His name also appears in the Google Trends captures in N1098L NCSS CIA, where the same caution applies.
