Aerial: Plaza, Buildings and the Crowd
What This Image Shows
A high-angle aerial across the campus plaza -- large concrete buildings, paved walkways, landscaped lawns, and the crowd gathered in the small semi-circular grass amphitheatre near the bottom of the frame. Watermarked @universehop00.
This frame gives the fullest sense of scale in the set: the amphitheatre occupies a small part of a large complex, ringed on several sides by multi-storey structures. That relationship is the central fact of the venue and the origin of the security criticism -- Frank Turek has said publicly that he warned Charlie Kirk there were "too many buildings" at the site.
As with the rest of this group, the origin claim -- that these are leaked images from the N59906 survey flight -- is unverified. No metadata has been published, and no agency or contractor has confirmed a release. The frames are useful for geometry regardless of where they came from, which is why they are kept, but their provenance should not be assumed.
See N59906, Security for the venue criticism, and Maps.
