The listing panels show a 2023 BOMBARDIER GLOBAL 6500, "Call for price," "Aircraft Location: Wilmington, Delaware," seller AeroAmerica Group, with an operating-costs tab and a financing link. This is the same listing captured in the companion image on Photo 2.
The CIA attribution in the post is the poster's assertion; the aircraft researchers have tied to the Utah flights, N1098L, is publicly associated with LASAI Aviation II LLC and US Army work rather than with any intelligence agency, and the operator has not commented on this site's record. What the listing itself shows is that a special-mission-configured Global 6500 was on the open market in Wilmington.
