Everything the aircraft claim rests on is legible in one frame: the registration, the Egyptian government operator, Provo as origin, Wilmington as destination, and the date. The zero altitude and zero groundspeed mean the capture catches the aircraft still on the ground at Provo at that moment, with the flight ahead of it.
Converted to local time, 13:08 UTC is 7:08 AM in Utah -- more than five hours before the 12:23 PM shooting. That timing is worth holding onto, because some retellings describe the aircraft as fleeing after the event. The panel shows it preparing to depart that morning.
