A player scrubber reading 1:13 / 1:48 is visible, indicating this frame was pulled from a video, and the @universehop00 watermark is present.
The rooftops are the reason this frame matters. Much of the dispute in this case turns on elevated positions -- which roofs were accessible, what each overlooked, and where a person on one could and could not be seen from. An oblique aerial shows roof geometry and parapet heights in a way a straight-down view flattens away.
The scrubber is a useful caution about provenance: this is a still lifted from a video posted by the same account behind the leaked-photograph claim, not a raw survey image. Whether any of that material originated with the N59906 flight has not been verified, and no contractor or agency has confirmed a release.
