Video Frame With a Circled Object Overhead
What This Image Shows
A screenshot taken inside a phone's video editor -- the Cancel, Adjust, Filters and Crop controls are all visible along the interface edges. The paused frame shows a dense crowd in front of the white promotional tent at the UVU event, with a red circle drawn digitally over one part of the scene.
Frames like this are how the drone question is argued in practice. A researcher scrubs through crowd footage, pauses on something small in the sky or at the edge of the tent, circles it, and posts the still. The workflow is visible in the image itself, which is useful context -- what the viewer is looking at is a phone screen recording of an edit in progress, not a released video file.
That also sets the limits. Circling a feature in a compressed video frame identifies where somebody wants you to look; it does not identify what the feature is. Objects at this resolution have been read as drones, birds, insects and compression artifacts by different people looking at the same footage, and none of those readings has been settled.
