The name belongs to the second, competing crew list -- the one attributed to @tjphager, who has argued the first list was wrong and that N1098L was not configured for drone launch at all. It is also the name of a person who appears elsewhere in the investigation's material in a security or technical role at the event, which means a Trends result for it cannot be attributed to the aircraft thread even in principle.
The spike falls in mid-August 2025, three weeks before September 10. Reading that as meaningful again requires assuming advance knowledge, which this site does not assume and which no evidence supports. "Cooper Brown" is also a common combination of two common names.
