This name is not from the aircraft crew lists. It belongs to a separate thread in the investigation: a former government officer who taught at Utah Valley University and gave a 2019 campus lecture on the ethics of detention and drone operations, with a related university page later returning a 404. The same cautions apply and one more besides. "Rusty Needs" is an unusual phrase that will also match ordinary English queries -- rust removal, tool repair -- which makes a Trends result for it especially unreliable as a proxy for interest in a person.
