This documents the HADES prototype's own movements, and they look nothing like the Utah profile. A single point-to-point leg from the Bombardier Defense facility in Wichita to Hagerstown, flown under a manufacturer callsign, is a delivery or modification positioning flight.

The contrast is the argument. The genuine prototype flies factory-to-facility legs at ordinary altitudes; the aircraft over the Utah Valley on September 10 flew low, slow orbits. Whether that difference favours the spy-plane theory or undercuts it depends on which aircraft you think was configured for what -- which is precisely the unresolved question at the centre of this thread.
