The first division listed -- signals intelligence and mission support -- is the relevant one, and it indicates that the aircraft's operator sits inside a company whose published business lines include the kind of work researchers argue the flight profile suggests.
The scrutiny paragraph needs care. A contract terminated "for convenience" is a routine government cancellation carrying no finding against the contractor, and reported investigations are not conclusions. None of it relates to the events of September 10, 2025, and none of it is stated here as established wrongdoing.
