The first division listed -- signals intelligence and mission support -- is the relevant one, and it establishes that the aircraft's operator sits inside a company whose core business is exactly the kind of work the flight profile suggests.
The scrutiny paragraph needs care. A contract terminated "for convenience" is a routine government cancellation carrying no finding against the contractor, and reported investigations are not conclusions. None of it relates to the events of September 10, 2025, and none of it is stated here as established wrongdoing.
