The HIGHLIGHTS list reads: "Delivered New in May 2023. One Owner since new. Located in the United States and U.S. Registered. Engines on Rolls Royce CorporateCare Program. APU on Honeywell MSP Gold Program. Airframe on Smart Parts Program. Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion with Pilot's HUD. New Paint in 2023 (White with no Stripes). Interior is Green from the Factory. CAMP Maintenance Tracking System." Further pages cover avionics, flight deck and interior concept renderings.
Two entries here are directly relevant to the dispute. "Interior is Green from the Factory" is trade language for an unfinished cabin -- the aircraft was delivered without a completed interior, which is consistent with an airframe awaiting mission fit-out. And "White with no Stripes" matches the plain white livery seen in tracking-site photographs.
