Reconciliation Notes Correcting a Provo Route

Spreadsheet rows with colour coded status cells dates routes and handwritten style correction notes

What This Image Shows

Audit rows numbered from 25 upward, covering 4/19/2024 through 9/13/2025 and then an earlier block from 11/25/2022, with colour-coded status cells and written correction notes.

One note is worth quoting in full because it shows the method working: against a claimed route of "PROVO to PARIS to SALT LAKE CITY to PROVO," the auditor writes "No the plane didn't fly from Provo to Paris, then back to Salt lake. Route was on 4/18 Cairo-Paris.. 4/19 paris to Goose Bay. Goose Bay to SLC.. SLC to Provo. Then sat there until 12 July." A second note against "CAIRO to PARIS to WILLISTON to PROVO" reads "Acc 4/22-23."

That first correction matters. The claimed route was geographically impossible as stated, and the actual routing -- Cairo, Paris, Goose Bay, Salt Lake City, Provo, then a long stay -- is a normal trans-Atlantic ferry. A sequence that looked like erratic shuttling turns out to be one ordinary crossing badly transcribed.

It also shows that some claims are corrected rather than deleted: the aircraft really did reach Provo, just not the way the sheet said.
