CAD Model of the Canopy and Seated Figure

Livestream screen capture showing SOLIDWORKS CAD software with a model of a simple canopy shelter containing a seated mannequin, with two webcam feeds in the sidebar

What This Image Shows

A livestream frame showing the shared screen running SOLIDWORKS, the engineering CAD package, with an assembly file open named Assem2.SLDASM. The model on screen is a simple canopy shelter with a seated mannequin figure inside it. The system clock in the capture reads 21 October 2025. The sidebar shows the Project Constitution branding and the two participants.

Building the venue in CAD rather than annotating photographs is what separates this work from most of the material in this cluster. A dimensioned model lets you place a canopy, a seat, a figure, and a rooftop in true relation to one another and then read angles and sight lines off the geometry instead of estimating them from a perspective image.

The seated figure is positioned because the head and neck orientation at the moment of impact is the variable everything else depends on — the same variable the annotated anatomy diagrams elsewhere in this cluster argue about. See Wound Trajectory Angle, Trajectory and Wound Mismatch, and AV Team Mic Setup.
