The frame is the establishing shot of the route reconstruction: the campus as it looks from above, before the video follows the claimed movements outward through the neighbourhood to the wooded areas.
The buildings named here recur throughout the investigation. The Sorensen Student Center and the plaza are where the event and the immediate aftermath took place, and the surrounding rooftops are the positions argued over in the trajectory material.
