The file name given to this image states the claim being made: that the circled white mark is something leaving the frame after impact. That cannot be established from the pixels. A single bright spot on dark fabric at this resolution is equally consistent with a specular highlight, dust, a piece of paper, or compression noise, and it is stationary in a single frame.
It is retained as part of the record of the frame-by-frame review of the courtyard video, alongside the other circled-detail images in this cluster.
