The caption tells you this frame is one half of a before-and-after comparison — the video it came from cut between this mark and something else. What the circled pixels are cannot be determined from the image: at this compression a dark cluster of a few pixels is produced by a shadow, a mole, a fold of skin, a microphone clip, or codec noise as readily as by an injury.
It is filed with the entry-point material because that is what the poster was arguing about, and the entry point is the measurement the whole ballistics dispute turns on.
