The diagram is an online reconstruction, not a medical document, and no autopsy or medical examiner's finding has been released against which to test it. Its only real value is that it commits to something specific: a named entry point, a named exit point, and a direction between them. Most of the material in this cluster gestures at the problem in general terms; this one states a position precise enough to be checked whenever the medical record is released.
