The reason a photograph like this sits in a ballistics cluster is the shape. Folded, the object reads as a card case, a multi-tool, or a phone, and the point being made by whoever collected it is that a firearm need not look like one — which is relevant to any argument that the fatal injury came from close range rather than from a rooftop at distance.

That argument is a hypothesis, not a finding, and nothing on the public record places any such device at the event.
