About This Cluster​

This cluster holds the physical-exhibit images at the center of the case: the wound photographs, trajectory diagrams, bullet and caliber comparisons, casing engravings, acoustic analyses, and pictures of the recovered Mauser Model 98 chambered in .30-06 Springfield. The official narrative says a single .30-06 round fired from the Losee Center roof on September 10, 2025 killed Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. Every image here bears on whether that account fits the physics — the entry point, the exit, the energy, the angle, and the sound.

The evidentiary record these images document is contested. The ATF lab report of September 17, 2025 called the recovered jacket fragment ".30-caliber class" but reached an inconclusive result, writing that rifling like this appears on "numerous makes and models" — and a January 2026 defense motion objected when the State moved the fragile fragment to the FBI for further testing that could alter it, with no defense expert present. Researchers such as @_DaniFesto have argued that a 5-9 degree downward shot from the Losee roof should have struck the face or jaw rather than entering at the throat, and independent acoustic analyses shared by @troofevades and Project Constitution reportedly place the sound source far from the official position. These are reported claims and open questions, not conclusions — but they are the reason this cluster exists.
