Fort Huachuca Police Report — September 9, 2025

This is a photograph of a computer monitor showing a document headed "Executive Summary" — a Fort Huachuca Military Police report. It is the only official-looking document in this cluster, and its date is why it is here.

The report states that on Tuesday, 09 September 2025 at 1117, the Fort Huachuca Military Police Station was notified by a CW2 assigned to a joint task force of a suspicious individual at Southwest Border Mission Headquarters (BLDG #70525). Three patrol officers were dispatched. On arrival, the report says, the individual had entered the building with a backpack "making concerning comments"; the backpack was moved outside to the north side of the building and a K-9 unit was requested to check the bag and a grey Chevrolet Equinox for the odor of explosives. The individual is identified in the report as Mr. Michael Snow (CIV/RET), who the report says stated that he used to work in the joint task force in the 1980s while in the Army, and that he had been threatened by cartels and needed to talk to someone about it. Two investigators then arrived and requested the building be evacuated.

Read only what the document says. The excerpt shown does not record any explosive being found, does not record an arrest, and does not record any charge. It describes a man reporting that he was in danger. Its significance to researchers is the date and place: the day before the assassination, at the Army Intelligence Center, involving the border joint task force named in the Hansell visit photograph in this cluster.

Nothing here establishes that any person or agency had advance knowledge of the assassination or any role in it. Prosecutors have charged a domestic suspect who has not been convicted.
