This is a phone screenshot of a shared social-media story posting a text chart headed "Non Lethal Microwave Weapons." It pairs frequencies with claimed effects: 4.5 Hz, paranoia; 6.6 Hz, depression and suicide; 8 Hz, animals fall asleep; 11 Hz, manic behavior and anger; 25 Hz, blindness if aimed at the head and heart attack if aimed at the chest. Beneath the table it adds, "Other frequencies cause hysteria, trauma, lust, murder and cancer, and may all be induced."
The chart is filed here because directed-energy and microwave-hearing claims run through the mind-control thread of this investigation, and this graphic is one of the most-circulated versions of them.
It is also unsourced in every respect. It names no study, no agency, no document, and no author. The frequencies listed are extremely low frequency values, not microwave frequencies, which is an internal contradiction in the chart's own title. Effects such as "lust" and "murder" are not measurable outcomes. No part of it is tied to Charlie Kirk, to Utah Valley University, or to September 10, 2025.
