What can be said is why such a portrait would be filed here at all: the Fort Huachuca thread involves congressional oversight of Army intelligence, and researchers were tracking which officials had visibility into activity at the base in early September 2025. Anyone who can source this portrait to a named official and a date would materially improve the record.
