This is a screenshot of an email sent to tips@candaceowens.com on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 11:23 AM, with the sender's name and address blacked out. The subject line reads "Flights - Fort Huachuca Sept 9, 2025."
The body states that on 9/8/25 the writer noticed a U.S. government SAM (Special Air Mission) aircraft based out of Andrews Air Force Base, shown as Camp Springs (ADW) — a U.S. Air Force C-37A Gulfstream V VIP jet from a unit serving senior executive branch and congressional officials, tail number 99-0404. It traces the route: on September 7 from Andrews to Colorado Springs; on September 8 from Colorado Springs to Tucson, then five hours later out of Tucson before "transponder appears to be turned off"; then at 12:31 pm on September 9 from Fort Huachuca to El Paso, and El Paso back to Andrews. The writer adds, "This is the ONLY time I've noticed this plane be in Fort Huachuca," and observes that if a contact saw a group of men at the base that morning it could line up with the aircraft departing at 11:43am on the 9th.
This is a citizen tip, not a verified record, and the sender is anonymous. Public flight-tracking gaps have mundane causes: aircraft transponders are routinely switched to different modes on military fields, and coverage over that terrain is patchy. The tip is specific enough to be checked against the raw ADS-B record by anyone who wants to, which is its main value. Nothing here establishes that any person or agency had advance knowledge of the assassination or any role in it. Prosecutors have charged a domestic suspect who has not been convicted.
