Diagram — Cell Tower Mass Psychosis Claim

Small diagram labeling a cell tower with frequency ranges and claims about subliminal messages Next Image

What This Image Shows

This is the simplest chart in the set and the most compressed. Its full text is: "Cell Tower / 450-700 MHz / U.S. Patent 4,877,027 / Mass Formation Psychosis / Subliminal Messages," credited to TargetedJustice.com.

The claim is that ordinary cellular infrastructure in that frequency band delivers subliminal messaging producing population-scale psychological effects. The cited patent number is the whole of its support. As with the companion diagram in this sub-cluster, a patent describes a claimed invention; it does not establish that any device was built, deployed, or used on anyone. The phrase "mass formation psychosis" is borrowed from a separate and contested social-psychology argument that has nothing to do with radio frequency.

These diagrams are the published opinions of one author, distributed by Targeted Justice and RLighthouse.com under a Creative Commons license and labeled on their face as "Opinions." They name serving and former U.S. military officers and assign each of them a role in the alleged program. This site does not reproduce those name-to-allegation pairings. The officers shown hold or held real, publicly listed commands; none has been accused of any offense by any authority, and nothing is offered anywhere in the diagrams that any of them directed anything against any civilian.

What the diagrams do establish is what the targeted-individual literature looks like and how it is organized, which matters because the mind-control thread of this investigation draws on it. Nothing in this material references Charlie Kirk, Utah Valley University, or September 10, 2025.
