This diagram is headed "How U.S.A.F. Tracks Everyone" and numbers its claim in four steps: 1, satellite tracking by a Lockheed GPS satellite; 2, relay of GPS coordinates to an Air Force base; 3, a supercomputer relays to a cell tower; 4, "Subliminal messages 24/7, directed at head, and ringing in ears (450 MHz)." Annotations name a "Scalar microwave beam at 3600-3750 MHz" and "Digital beam forming at 2300-2900 MHz."

Its reference block is worth quoting because it shows how the argument is assembled: it cites U.S. Patent 5,289,438, the 1992 case Akwei versus NSA, and the public sites Space-track.org, the Air Force GPS site, and In-The-Sky.org. It also offers a "Counter Effect" instruction to the reader: "I will only react to constructive suggestions."

Citing a patent is not evidence that the patented device exists, was built, or was used. A patent is a description of a claimed invention. Akwei versus NSA was a civil complaint, not a finding of fact.

These diagrams are the published opinions of one author, distributed by Targeted Justice and RLighthouse.com under a Creative Commons license and labeled on their face as "Opinions." They name serving and former U.S. military officers and assign each of them a role in the alleged program. This site does not reproduce those name-to-allegation pairings. The officers shown hold or held real, publicly listed commands; none has been accused of any offense by any authority, and no evidence is offered anywhere in the diagrams that any of them directed anything against any civilian.

What the diagrams do establish is what the targeted-individual literature looks like and how it is organized, which matters because the mind-control thread of this investigation draws on it. Nothing in this material references Charlie Kirk, Utah Valley University, or September 10, 2025.
