What This Image Shows​

This is "Diagram M-5," headed "Microwave Attacks on U.S. Civilians" and asserting an "Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP)" funded from Denver. Its body is an organizational chart: seven satellite constellations, 190 satellites, nine weapon systems, and 1,300 operations personnel, broken out by squadron — GPS tracking satellites, relay satellites listed as AEHF, WGS, and DSCS, a squadron handling daily tasking orders, and a squadron determining satellite availability. A note claims that certain squadrons have "Weapons and Tactics" officers who operate weapon "payloads."

Most of the underlying organizational detail is publicly documented and unremarkable — squadron structures, satellite program names, and the fact that Air Force Space Command provides positioning, navigation, and timing services are all matters of public record, and the diagram even labels one such public statement a "Confession." The step from a published org chart to "microwave attacks on U.S. civilians" is the diagram's own, and nothing on it supports that step.

These diagrams are the published opinions of one author, distributed by Targeted Justice and RLighthouse.com under a Creative Commons license and labeled on their face as "Opinions." They name serving and former U.S. military officers and assign each of them a role in the alleged program. This site does not reproduce those name-to-allegation pairings. The officers shown hold or held real, publicly listed commands; none has been accused of any offense by any authority, and no evidence is offered anywhere in the diagrams that any of them directed anything against any civilian.

What the diagrams do establish is what the targeted-individual literature looks like and how it is organized, which matters because the mind-control thread of this investigation draws on it. Nothing in this material references Charlie Kirk, Utah Valley University, or September 10, 2025.
