They name serving and former U.S. military officers and assign each of them a role in the alleged program. This site does not reproduce those name-to-allegation pairings. The officers shown hold or held real, publicly listed commands; none has been accused of any offense by any authority, and no evidence is offered anywhere in the diagrams that any of them directed anything against any civilian.
What the diagrams do establish is what the targeted-individual literature looks like and how it is organized, which matters because the mind-control thread of this investigation draws on it. Nothing in this material references Charlie Kirk, Utah Valley University, or September 10, 2025.
