About This Cluster​

This cluster holds four "Targeted Individual" infographics from the RLighthouse.com / TargetedJustice.com genre, filed during the investigation's review of mind-control and directed-energy claims. The graphics allege a satellite, cell-tower, and fusion-center apparatus used against civilians — the same conceptual territory as the voice-to-skull (V2K) and Frey-effect microwave-hearing material the investigation examines when weighing whether Tyler Robinson could have been influenced or handled rather than self-directed.

Be clear about what these are: advocacy diagrams by a fringe campaign, not government documents. They name real institutions and real officers while attaching unverified weapon claims to them, and one diagram even defaces official agency seals. The investigation preserves them as specimens of the claims ecosystem, not as evidence — nothing in them references Charlie Kirk, UVU, or September 10, 2025. Their relevance is that declassified history (Project ARTICHOKE, MKUltra, the Havana Syndrome record) keeps this genre alive, and researchers argue the genuine history deserves separation from the noise.
